Mansi Parikh's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. I designed a Chemotaxis assay for a complex drug target, which took 4 months to be troubleshooted and optimized. It is now regularly used as a screening assay.

    I developed a luciferase assay for a Pain target, where in no information was given in the literature. However, by understanding the structure and background, I tried to develop an assay, and was successful. This is the only in-vitro assay used for that particular target.
