Techniques Michael Michalczyk Uses:

The first step is to define the problem, then analyze the problem. During analysis, I search to see if an answer, part answer or information already exists in the literature. Depending on the type of problem, I will look at the unmet needs of the problem to define the gaps and use marketing information and some experiments to define the space more clearly. I may also use root cause analysis if it suits the problem. After this analysis, some possible solutions become apparent. These solutions can be tested until one or more best options are identified. These options are then tested and evaluatuated to see if they solve the problem.
