I have been passionate about creativity and innovation before I even realized it. I was always the one who come up with the crazy ideas for school activities when I was in high school.

During my work in the field of Information Technology I had to facilitate a lot of improvement and change workshops. It is when I developed a professional interest on innovation management in business as a systematic process.

Then I applied the principles of creativity and innovation on the workshops I facilitate to bring them to life and bring out the best of the participants creativity
