Mola Livapulu's Problem Solving Experience:

1. Identify family issues to ensure safety to all when accessing a service or a program.
   Duty of care and the ongoing safety assessment according to policy and regulations.
   Feedback on identifying key issues in ongoing improvements to service.
2. Worked with disadvantage community groups to develop and facilitate programs that develop and advanced/ enhanced skill sets for living and the work force. Facilitated community language specific groups and a community forum with fifty plus people in attendance.
   
   Worked with high school students to develop skills for various aspects of their life and and in their study skills. Also assisted in Programs in preparation for the work force or for further studies.
3. I have worked in a range of settings and with a range of disputes ranging from neighbourhood disputes to small claims. I adjudicated in high school settings for mock/ training for a state competition.
