- - Grew new business in a category that was on the decline, working closely with the sales team to target the needs of the buyer. The result was a program tailored to meet the buyer’s needs, which resulted in new sales for the category.
- Redesigned items or packaging to save on cost while retaining to the original perceived value
- Developed merchandising solution for Halloween items to show function and value without requiring unwarranted space on the sales floor.
