Ranard Penn's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. Re-worked Choreography meant to be performed by an inner city high school dance program due to its stake nature and technical complexity it was deemed a poor choice for performance. Re-choreographed entire show bringing new life and energy to the show by involving the students in the process and keeping the choreography both dynamic and accessible. The show was well received and becam and annual addition to the season.
  2. Working as a consultant I revamped a failing design firm breathing new life and focus into the brand: shifting demographic focus and graduating the brand to a higher price point and increased market share. This Led to increased profits and market share.
  3. Worked tirelessly on updating and innovating the visual for and internationally known luxury reatailor. This caused a revision and recommital to the (at the time) closed visuals department. My displays removed any question as to a need for a separate and well funded Visuals/Merchandising Department. This resulted to a measured increase in sales.
  4. Created new costumes from the remnants of damaged pre-ordered supplies on a newly revised strunken budget.... To great acclaim... Costumes went on to be used as the main costumes for the tour. Copied and regenerated.
  5. Quelled the concerns of clients regarding a series of unintendedly fragile and expensive product line by 1. Offering demonstration of proper handling and usage. 2. Convincing said clients to purchase revised (sturdier) version of highly desired product to use on daily bases building reverence/exclusivity around earlier product (discontinued).
