RH Kadir's Problem Solving Experience:
- I designed a micro credit program based on giving loan to marginalized people and collecting from them on a daily basis along with some deposit from them to bring them out of poverty. So far I successfully able to brought out 27 people out of poverty and able to sustain themselves by guiding them and giving ideas what they do and what better they can do within the scope they have.
- I have designed the core architectural design of a software involved in Human resource management for a Manpower Exporting Company. The dispatch of this company is 3000 people per day from Bangladesh to different countries of the world in 127 skill categories. The software involved from getting the Hob details from the ultimate recruiting company to deploy the worker in that company involved 27 steps.
