- Grassland improvement and cost effective development of livestock grazing issues in harsh and less favourable land use areas in the North West island of Scotland. Economic assessment of input requirements based on lab and visual data collection to relating land area, taking into account the targeted usage requirements of the land area. An overview of the land potential vs the land capacity was establish and a model of various scenarios was created to generate an understanding of the effective and non-effective elements of the current land use practice, as well as better solutions to achieve a more cost effective and sustainable land use production system.
