Roxana Proca
I am pursuing my PhD in International Relations and European integration at the Universita Autonoma de Barcelona, with my primary focus on EU migration and labour migration / mobility policy.
I obtained my Ms. in European development and integration at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels, Institute for European Studies specializing in Economics and my B.A. in Management at the ASE Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
I have previous work experience in several DG’s of the European Commission in Brussels (DG ECHO, DG ENV, DG CLIMA) and in the European network of NGO's (WWF, CEV, Red Cross and the IFR).
