Milled rice computer vision technique - a method for evaluating the characteristic and classification of milled rice to its proper grade using computer vision algorithm implemented in PC and image acquisition by low cost hardware such as desktop scanner and web cam. The decision making for classification was implemented by neural network as artificial intelligence.
