1. developed a regression software using R programming to do a regression analysis of a HR analytics data to predict the employee performance and continuity at the company with respect salary and job satisfaction. Worked on Lasso, Ridge, Elastic net and Decision trees to predict the results and also developed a permutation test to determine the distribution of the data.
