+ Training ( 7 Years of Experience):

- May 2017 - Present: Postdoctoral Research. National Cancer Institute (CRO), Aviano-Italy.
This research was focused on the development of a multi-stage drug delivery system based on Carbon-dots (C-dots) for cancer therapy.

- Jan 2014 - Mar 2017: Ph.D. in Nanotechnology. University of Trieste-Italy.
This project was focused on the development of a drug delivery system based on fluorescent carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) to ameliorate the antitumour effect of doxorubicin in vitro and in vivo.

- Jul 2013 - Oct 2013: Internship: DNA Nanotechnology. National Cancer Institute (CRO), Aviano-Italy.
This project was focused on the synthesis of an open-caged pyramidal DNA@Doxorubicin (Py-Doxo) nanostructure for drug delivery to cancer cells.

- Jan 2013 - Jun 2013: M.Sc. Internship. Laboratory of Fundamental and Applied Chemistry of Heteroelements, Team SHEN: High ENergy Systems (LHFA, CNRS, UMR 5069, University Paul Sabatier), Toulouse-France.
This project was based on the synthesis of bidentate phosphorus ligands, pincer P-C-P or C-N-P, to study their coordination with Nickel (II) metal and the reduction reaction of Nickel (II) complexes to Nickel (0) for the activation of alcanes.

- Jan 2012 - Jun 2012: M.Sc. Internship. Laboratory of Coordination Chemistry, Team G: Ligands, complex architectures and catalysis (LCC, CNRS, UPR 8241, University Paul Sabatier), Toulouse-France.
This project was focused on the synthesis and characterization of a series of novel chiral P,O ferrocenyl ligands with dierent
steric hindrance and/or a source of chirality additional to the planar chirality of the ferrocene group. A Kinetic studies of
these P,O ferrocenyl ligands were evaluated in the asymmetric Suzuki-Miyaura synthesis of substituted binaphthalenes using 1-naphthalenboronic acid and 1-bromo-2-methylnaphthalene.

- Apr 2010 - Jun 2010: Master 1 Internship. Chemistry Institute of Strasbourg, Laboratory of Metal-induced Syntheses (LSMI, CNRS, UMR 7177, University of Strasbourg), Strasbourg-France.
This project was focused on the study and characterization of molecular complexes of tetrakis(alkyl and arylisonitrile)Rhodium (I), and the eect of dispersion on aggregation and spectroscopic properties.

- Feb 2009 - Jul 2009: Master 1 Internship. Laboratory of Applied Chemistry, Lebanese University, Faculty of Sciences, Branch 3, Tripoli-Lebanon.
This project was focused on the Extraction and identification of the essential oils of 12 medicinal plants by GC/MS Shimadzu QP- 2010.
