I am a physiotherapist by trade and over the last 10+ years I have been working with small and large companies within the occupational setting. My primary role involves supporting employees with injuries, managing the employee training programmes for risk assessment and manual handling and supporting the ergonomics programmes.

I am interested in innovative and effective solutions for problems. I am hoping that my background in problem solving for patients and ergonomics would be of benefit in this forum.
