“Innixi” is a Latin word meaning “Stress”. In a medical or biological context, stress is a physical, mental, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension. Stress can be external (from the environment, psychology, or social situations) or internal (illness, or from a medical procedure). The biological principle of this paper is “The synchrony of an organism with both its external and internal environments is critical to the organism’s well being and survival; a lack of synchrony between the organism and the external environment may lead to the mental or physical stress”. The hormones related to the stress are cortisol and melatonin, which are monitored and tested under point of care basis. This measurement is compared with the past and real facts using Industrial Internet of Things and Cloud Computing Technologies and these results are monitored by Employee Health Care Monitoring System for providing proper feedback to the subjects in order to reduce the stress level. Finally, the outcome of this paper is the design of a smart and secure system for subjects (Human Beings) in order to overcome health related issues due to stress in industrial environment. This in turn shows how the Internet of Things Technology plays a crucial rule in digital healthcare.
