Scott Rubin

I completed electronic cryptographic systems training in the US Air Force, where I worked, to the discreet electronic component level, to deploy and repair voice and data encryption systems used by the military and the NSA. I learned to work inside of at least 10 different systems.

I have a BS in Economics.
