Sergio Acuña's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. 2013. Hired to help a start up company came up with several solutions as, Logistics, Operations, Contact Center, Comercial, I lead a small team to solutions as outsourced logistics, outsourced contact center with in house agent in constant product training who will lead a training program during the projected growth, and diversified the small service portfolio in different goal markets with distinctive benefits programs in order to accelerate money flow income.
  2. 2004,I have to work close to logistics in order to please our chilean costumer who´s business model was retail only. We went from 2% to 32% in one year. The sales problem was really a logistics problem.
  3. 2002 to 2003, years where I had to develop a really strict PR and commercial strategy in order to get close to to 13 customers that were barely attended by my predecessor. I got a Market share from 5% to 75% in only 2 years.
  4. In 1997 I developed a strategy to deliver reforestation material in a just in time manner, so we could avoid material and economic losses in the process. We hired small local drivers that used to drive the region, instead of bigger ones, so we could deliver daily.
  5. In 2000 I came up with a solution to increase my sales and my costumers sales. Instead of waiting the period to end in order to have marketing money to spend for the next period, I proposed a financial formula with such results that I exceed in six months the year budget by 200%
