1. I developed a design and model of high strength control arms and outboard inserts packaging for a formula student racing car concerning ergonomics and high acceleration and performance requirements.
2. I developed a zero bump steer geometry to minimize the effect of yawing and unwanted rolling of the car chassis due to road irregularities and cornering on car performance and thereby enhance the drive comfortability to a great extent.
3. I developed an anti-dive linkage geometry using a double wishbone suspension for optimizing the pitching effect during acceleration and an anti-squat geometry for optimizing the pitching effect during braking and enhance the tire traction leading to high speed cornering.
4. I developed an upright model of an optimized wheel alignment geometry using camber, caster and toe in SolidWorks software to maximize the performance of tires during the cornering maneuver.
