- Published more than 20 prediction algorithms for biological problems like protective immunity, antigenicity of vaccines, drug resistance, personalized medicine (drugs/vaccines) for various infectious diseases as well as cancer.
- I have developed a kit for diagnosis of dengue based on isothermal amplification using urine as sample. Provisional patent applied.
- I have developed a kit for Real-time PCR based detection of high risk Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) using two tube reaction.
- Development of a kit for respiratory infections including 15 bacteria and 13 viruses is underway.
