Tony Gutierrez's Problem Solving Experience:

1. I developed a way to make vacuum molding machine molds in 24 hrs. for an average of $75 dlls when it used to take weeks and thousands of dollars for such molds.
   
   I developed a way to separate the foam, vinyl and vinyl backing from scrap of automobile seating manufacturing process and this material used to be buried in landfills.
   
   I developed a way to take ordinary good packaging boxes and remove the ink and use these to make partitions and separators.
