Tracy Harman's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. I developed strategies to increase a community learning provider's intake with demonstrable effectiveness.
  2. I designed and facilitated original and creative activities to bring dry Photography concepts to life, for example blowing bubbles and photographing them to practice predictive framing and extracting and photographing DNA as a new take on self portraits.
  3. I designed and delivered four new Digital Photography courses (Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate, Advanced) for learners with no photography experience, using every day language, accessible concepts, metaphors and similes to explain technical operations and the science of the subject.
  4. I developed new courses to expand a community learning provider's public provision offer.
