Vladimir Fedorov

Vladimir Fedorov graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Polytechnic Institute in Russia, the mechanical engineer, the radio engineer, Graduate School Research Institute of Intrascopy in Moscow, devices of non-destructive testing and structural analysis. Vladimir worked in the Siberian Federal University.
