Willer Pos's Problem Solving Experience:

1. I developed a process for treatment of landfill leachate. It bring a brown colour efluente with high organic and metal load into a clear, transparent water for reuse.
2. I developed a process to convert lead salts (sulfate carbonate or chloride) into lead metal in a powder form. This hydrochemical route is much more efficient and environmentally sound than the pirometalurgical process. The end product is a lead powder with 99% purity.
3. I developed a metallurgical route to convert copper sulfide into copper sulfate, without the SO2 emission phase. The end product is copper sulfate or copper chloride.
