- I identified a anti-bovine-ZP3 antibody that can also recognize the human-ZP3 protein. This provides the possibility to purify human ZP3 proteins from human oocyte using anti-bovine-ZP3 instead of anti-human-ZP3 antibody. This is important as the cost of producing anti-bovine-ZP3 is much less than that of producing anti-human-ZP3.
