candidate for the referenced position, since I possess
numerous years of experience working with a research position, and
this experience is together with a bachelor’s and master of
(Sociology) research and MBA (banking & finance).
During my term at each university and different organizations, I have
conducted research on different issues in Afghanistan. Currently I am
working as research & officer in MRRD/AIRD (ministry of rural
rehabilitation and development / Afghanistan institute of rural
development), and my key responsibility include are:
o managing multiple diverse research projects (qualitative and quantitative)
o research methodology / instrument design
o statistical analysis and report writing
o conducting focus group/ discussion
o mentoring and overseeing workloads of various research staff
o Proposal preparation / submission maintaining strong communication
linkages between staff located in all offices.
