Subscriber-based airfare web-site

Summary:
Fly anywhere, anytime for one low monthly fee.

Full Description:
In short subscribers would be given the opportunity to subscribe monthly to the service and gain access to an airline's empty seats. The monthly revenue would be shared equally between the subscriber based web-site and its airline partners. This would create a WIN-WIN situation because an empty airline seat would generate $0.00 for the airline while the subscriber based airfare program would pay the airline monthly whether subscriber's fly or not. In conclusion this concept would not be expensive to market. Word of mouth, e-mail advertising and people flying will spread the program virally obtaining new subscribers quickly.

Problem this idea/invention addresses:
A Subscriber-based airfare service/web-site creates customer loyalty, defeats the discount air carrier's business model and conquers the current shady airline pricing system which changes regularly. Web-sites like travelocity.com and priceline.com do not offer a subscriber based service, this would force them to innovate or go out of business. Lastly, airline companies like Air Canada have already started offering this service but the pricing is to high. They are offering a 10-pack for business travelers priced at $1,299.
