HID Human Immobilization device

Summary:
It is a capture tool which consists of a automatically deploy capture net which is coated with a quick hardening adhesive. This net can be worn on a police service belt, deployed from a safe distance automatically, spring loaded.,

Full Description:
A light compact device, self contained in a deployment package. Upon deployment a container holding the chemical hardener part is broken to mix with the epoxy in the net package. A set of tubes holding two compressed spring loaded weighted balls, is hinged at the bottom end. As the user pulls the safety pin and spreads apart the tubes in a v shape, the top pointing to the suspect and being held at 45 degree angle to the ground. The pins releasing deployment slugs open automatically when the correct angle is reached and pull the net out of its container, expanding it open by their divergent path. When the two trailing slugs, also spring loaded via cable are dragged from the tubes they open the bottom of the net on their way out and over the target. Net size 10 x 10 feet.
