Improved intercooler

Summary:
Normal intercoolers use the airflow generated by the movement off the vechile or fans.
Improved intercooler uses the suction off the engine to create airflow thru the out side off the intercooler core which replace vechile movement and fans. This airflow is generated by the engine to feed oxygen to the combustion chamber.

Full Description:
Improved intercooler. The easy way to demostrate the way the intercooler work is by placing your hand in front off the vechiles air cleaner. The suction you feel on your hand is created by the engine to supply the combustion chamber with oxygen. I use this suction to replace the movement off the vechile as well as the fans needed to cool the intercooler.
The intercooler is placed inside a enclose unit with a secondary cooland cooler. The cooland cooler core is placed before the intercooler core. Bypass valves direct airflow thru the intercooler. The bypass valves is controll by a CPU using sensors to monitor exhuast heat and temperatures inside the system. The same amound off oxygen can always be acheived. I will try to give a description by showing the defferences.
a Normal intercooler is mostly open units place in front off a vechile except liquid and aircon cooland intercoolers. The improved intercooler is placed inside a close unit. In side the close unit their is two cooler cores. The first one is a cooland cooler core. Coolant used can be anything from aircon gas, water and even NOs gas. The second cooler core is the intercooler core. Inside the housing, bypass valves and bypass channels is control by a CPU.
Normal intercoolers cool down air by using the airflow generated by the movement off the vechile. Fans are used to cool the system when at low revs. The two types off fans are electrical and mechanical. Electrical fans do not have a greate effect. Electrical fans drain power from the altanator witch in turn drain power from the engine. Mechanical fans drain even more power from the engine than the electrical fans but is much more effective. By draining power from the engine it becomes less cost effective. The improved intercooler does not use any power draining devices to create airflow, creating more power at no extra cost. The airflow is created thru the suction off the engine for the oxygen supply to the combustion chamber. The improved intercooler can reach much lower temperatures than a normal intercooler. This will even increase the power more.
The airflow to the combustion chamber is first use to cool down the intercooler and then is cooled by the intercooler for the use by the combustion chamber.
Aircon coolers: When aircon gas in a normal aircon intercooler comes in contact with the intercooler core warm air is transmitted to the gas which will influence the coolling temperatures inside the cabin. The improve intercooler is using air to air system and does not come in contact with the coolant cooler. The aircon gas will stay at the same temperatures. The speed off the suction can cool the aircon gas even more.
Liquid coolers: Liquid coolers can also be use to control intercooler temperature but by adding extra pumps more power is lost making the system more uneconomical than the improved intercooler.
The pictures added only show the basic airflow thru the improved intercooler.
The last picture shows the improve intercooler as a extra unit to a existing system. This system is mostly used in today's compressor vechiles.
The improved intercooler can replace the airfilter housing by adding a filter to the closed unit.

Problem this idea/invention addresses:
1. When a vechile is moving at low revs but use a lot of torque - 4X4 off-road, minning machines like frontend-loaders
2. When a vechile is moving at high revs but low speed - Climbing and descending mountains for heavy vechiles
3. When a vechile is stationary and idling - PTO opperations, traffic
4. Reach much lower temperatures
5. Perfect for rear and mid mounted engines
6. Able to have total control off air temperature
7. Produce more power with out losing power by adding extra pumps and fans.
8. When the engine starts the intercooler starts to work with a direct effect.
9. Generates a high volume off air moving at a high speed thru outside off intercooler core for maximum cooling off air inside the intercooler core.
