Plasma display auto wheel covers "No name at this time"

Summary:
Wheel covers display plasma discharge, shapes, that stay still while the wheel is turning. This generated plasma display or images will stay still at speed.

Full Description:
The wheel cover will be manufactured in two pieces. The inner piece fastens to the wheel rim like any other wheel cover. The center disc is weighted and rides on a bearing. The small permanent magnets imbedded in the inner disc rotate past induction coils printed on the stationary disc. This provides very high voltages every time the wheel turns. at regular traffic speeds or highway speeds, the stationary disc will light up in either a Tesla style discharge display, or back light an image such as a running horse or a sinister pair of eyes. Images can be anything the imagination can create.

I am not interested in running anymore companies. Therefore there is no business plan or drawing package. This is an idea forum, and this is an idea for sale. If anyone is interested, then I will agree to baby-sit the project through the production prototype stage. The last big product in aftermarket auto accessories, was in the big rims and low profile tires. Car makers now offer these wheels on new cars.
