LED Laptop Lite (L3)

Summary:
LED unit, spring loaded to allow for fixture on laptop screen or flatscreen on desktops.

Full Description:
Unit would fold in half, be aprox 5.5" long when folded. Unfolded (including the center mechinism to hold it together and fold) would be aprox 11.5". Internal springs would allow item to be stretch to aprox 17.7" with padded rocker-arm type tips at the end to hold on the rim of the laptop or flatscreen monitor. Unit will have pad underneath to prevent scratching screen top. Unit will have 6 tiny low power consumption LEDs. Three on each side of folded parts. A button located on top of the unit can change individual light needs 3 lights on on each side, 2 at each side, or 1 on each side. Unit would be plugged in via USB port or (a higher end model) would have recharging 3AAA batteries installed and recharged using a trickle charge from USB connection, or a unit with using relaceable batteries. Both wires from the unit to USB can be stored separatedly. Convienent storage can be carried carry-on luggage or computer bag.

Problem this idea/invention addresses:
Provides light anywhere you need it while using your laptop or desktop, in low light area, or where bright lights are not allowed. Prevents eye-strain due to more light.
