There are no spring clips to squeeze. The holder can be mounted on either side of the monitor.

This holder is a complete redesign of The document holder. Designed for computer monitors.

The MemoMaid is compact, convenient, easy to use and ergonomic.

The total size of this holder is 3" wide and 4" long, 1/8" thick. The holder has been designed to provide a 2" x 4" platform for printing. When the MemoMaid is mounted to the front edge of the monitor it is directly in front of the user every time they sit at their computer. It's attractive and useful design is a prime product as an office product, a novelty - gift item and makes for an exceptional promotional advertising item.
It is low cost to produce and offers a high profit margin.
With the three combined industries The MemoMaid will have access to markets worth 25 billion dollars a year.

The simplicity of the design has many other uses. This will also create other markets besides as a document holder for a computer monitor. It makes a great note holder for anywhere a low profile holder is required. The special tongue design makes spring loaded note holders obsolete.The loading of the paper is done with one hand, no clips to squeeze.

I am looking for a company capable of mass production and global distribution. The Licensee Will also get first option on my second product, which following the compact design will be the only product like it anywhere that I could find. These products will have global distribution possibilities due to it's versatility, and product appeal.

Problem this idea/invention addresses:
Current document holders are large and akward to use. They take up huge amounts of valuable desk space, and most don't meet recommended ergonomic specifications. This leads to high rates of repetitive motion strain and eye strain. Current document holders are just poorly redesigned spin offs from the days of the type writer.
