This is a way of training where we can improve or exercise our brain to reach next level. This technique would help us improve our reflex action, quick decision making, improve our ability to perform multi task at once etc.

In this training, we perform two different tasks at once. Like: solving mathematical problems while boxing or other combat games, puzzle and mathematical problems, art or creative work and case study etc.

When two or more individuals are competition, we can use point system and for single, we can use time system.

This kind of competition would be more productive for growing individuals.

We can make games, competitions with this idea. This training will make better human being, better professionals, leaders, captains etc.
