A non-hydraulic mechanical lift that precisely lifts objects such as drywall and doors. Economical and sturdy this lift will raise these items in infinite increments while securely maintaining the desired position thus allowing for a hands free single person fastening. Simply apply downward foot pressure to the pedal until the object reaches the desired height. This lift will hold that object until operator has finished fastening. Stepping down on another pedal will release lift from beneath. Also this lift can be used to raise things like appliances and hold them for leveling.
