Summary:
This Patent Pending invention is a simple product which attaches to most currently marketed toilet tissue holders, without any tools, and can be adjusted to control the amount of tissue to be released by mechanical means.

Full Description:
The invention has been designed for simplicity; simple to manufacture, simple to understand, simple to install and use. A simple product to help in the global effort to save our trees! My prototype was produced using ABS plastic, but various other products could be used; ie. injection molding, steel, aluminum, etc.
The invention can be easily pre-adjusted by the purchaser, (per his or her descretion) to control the amount of tissue to be released to the users. It will also change consumers' consumption habits. The Inventor will not release proprietory information and/or prototypes prior to qualifying a requestor due to the simplicity of the invention.

Toilet tissue waste is a major problem in the U.S.A and throughout the world.
This invention has been designed to reduce normal toilet tissue consumption in homes, apartments, offices, or wherever standard residential type t.p. fixtures are used, by mechanically regulating and in kind changing consumers' habits.
