Full Description:
This device triggers the garage door opener to close the door at a precise point once you back out of the garage. It does this with NO INPUT from the driver. No more wondering if you closed the garage! This device requires no batteries, no maintenance, and will work with all vehicles and openers. It will not open the door for security reasons. I have tested this device for 3 years with very positive results.
This device is very inexpensive to build. It can be sold for an estimated profit margin of 500%. I will share details on specifically how this device is constructed once the interested parties sign a non-disclosure agreement. I have a provisional patent on file with the USA PTO.

Problem this idea/invention addresses:
My device is the only product that senses the position of the vehicle and triggers the door to close when the vehicle is exactly 5 feet outside the garage.
