The device is designed to identify a burglar / thief's identity if they have broken into a house / commercial business property etc. The device is similar to a wireless internet modem router box design and has inbuilt Bluetooth technology. once a burglar / thief has breached your Home / business property the devices proximity detectors activate and the wireless Bluetooth box device turns on - 1) How device works - The device can interact with mobile phones, these days pretty much every one has a mobile phone on them and probably so do most criminals. The device is able to record any mobile phone's details within its proximity i.e like the phone's mobile Number and information etc , this is then stored on the device and can later help security agency's / police etc. track down and identify the criminal. (1) if phone is registered security / police will be able to get criminals details (2) unregistered phones can be tracked / triangulated to find criminal.
It can be hard to catch a burglar / thief even if you have security systems like CCTV , Camera's , Smart water etc. Criminals have become more cleaver and have found ways to mask there activity's and prevent being caught. This technology device is a extra protective measure and is guaranteed to catch / identify the criminal if they have a mobile phone on them.

This Invention is unique and there is no other security device like it on the market ,
The only problem with the device is you may have to get special permissions (documents) through the court system ( worth investigating )
the device uses software similar to what the FBI / CIA / government departments use to track cell phones / get details etc ( legally )
you would need the same permissions the government departments have ( you could obtain the same permit ) - ( because the device comes under category - home security / security surveillance )

If software was not allowed to be used then device would be useless ,,
but saying that the devices blue-tooth / wireless function + spy software could connect to the internet and criminals phone details could be sent to the FBI /CIA/ Government etc ,
( Partner with government agency's / Phone company's who have permission to Access details )

Tracker software / cell access software needs to be looked into
