Full Description:
Most of the natural grapes juice contain not over than 25% of the brix. This sugar contain cannot get alcohol more than 5% and most wine alcohol is about 10%. In order to get this 10% alcohol, processor will add sugar.

This invention is to concentrated grape juice to certain percentage of brix/sugar that need to make the wine over 10% alcohol without having to add sugar.

This method of processing will produce better quality of wine, best flavor, taste, aroma, mouth feel and will be world finest wine.
