Approx 4 3/4 inches long and 1/2 inch wide, should be manufactured in high impact plastic or steel. Keychain design features a spot for your logo or graphic, LED white/blue flashlight, integrated bottle opener, pocket or belt clip, 3 finger grooves and 1 finger guard, twist on/off power feature for flashlight, and a keyring hole for your keys and everyday carry / camouflage. Keychain can be used to enhance the two most popular Kubotan strikes - hammerfist and forward stabbing - for quick and effective self-defense that requires very little strength or skill.

Recommended retail selling price would be between $24.99 and $49.99+ depending on cost to manufacture and distribute w/ selected features. I think the high end would be around $79.99 depending on brand recognition. Target market is anyone and everyone with a set of keys.

Would consider a one-time fee for the design concept depending on business plan. Based on 10 units sold per day at a net profit of $10 each, net worth of the business for this product line would be approximately $182,000 over 5 years. Since i am only selling the design concept and am not involved in production or distribution, i would assign a value of $60,650 in that case or 1/3 the net profit.
