Phillips Be Cool provides a cooling sensation on a hot day. This innovative product may compromise an outdoor cooling blanket for pets and people alike. The blanket can have two interior layers—one layer made from padded cooling gel and another layer made from memory foam. Surrounding the interior layers can be a removable outer cover. The bottom portion features a grip so it does not slide around when an individual moves and even allows the device to be used on a hillside.

The top of the cover can be made from terry cloth or other comfortable fabric, whereas the bottom of the cover can be made from a flexible plastic material. Between these layers, around the sides of the blanket, can be a zipper to remove and wash the cover when needed. Further, two small pockets to hold personal items can be attached to the terry cloth outer layer.

The blanket can be offered in assorted sizes, like twin, full, queen, and king, as well as various colors, designs, and patterns to accommodate user preferences. When not in use, the blanket can be folded or rolled for easy storage. The exact specifications may vary upon manufacturing.
