New Real Estate Sign
This is a Multi Product Patent! From Real Estate signs to Umbrellas and Umbrella holders. Wouldn't it be nice to sign a contract to sell a home and put your own sign up on your way out the door! Well now you can! And it's easy to do and looks great too!!
I have just made this prototype and looking for ways to get it on the market. I'm open to ideas or a partner.

Never having to wait for the sign company to put your real estate sign up. Sign the deal and easily put your sign in the yard on your way out! The Umbrella you can put up anywhere using the same patented method. Just so Easy!!

Auxiliary products or services for sale:
I have manufacturing lined up for the umbrella, landed cost is $10. ea. They have not finished the cost for the real estate sign. My cost to build it, (I own a welding shop) is $140.
