Deep Sea Blowout Preventer

A theory I have for a new type blow out preventer.

Full Description:
I've had this idea for a couple years now.

My theory would see a b.o.p. use sea water as a cutting agent to cut through stuck, jammed and bent drill pipes, connections and odd shaped items such as tri cone heads.

(see the Deepwater Horizon disaster, where normal blow out preventers failed)

Since sea water is already under intense pressure, my idea is to channel it to cut through drill pipes. Welding and fabrication shops use water jets for precision cutting, so the same theory could apply here.
