The invention prototype I have designed and built, is called DazeTron. The invention is based on Faraday’s law, an energy generated when a magnet is inserted into a copper coil, at a rapid motion in and out generating a small current. The generated electromagnetic pulses induces the copper coils via magnet flux phenomenon, and is then rectified into a DC voltage.

Technically:
As per Faraday’s Law, an energy pulse is obtained when a magnet is moved in and out of a coil rapidly. The DazeTron unit makes this motion using a mechanical scotch yoke concept driven by a 12V DC motor. The faster the movement is generated, then a logarithmic voltage pulses is obtained out of the coils. Those pulses from each coils are then rectified into a DC voltage, then connected in parallel with 32 rectifier circuits , giving a high DC voltage and then regulated to a DC voltage of 15 volts with 500mA of current @ 400 RPM. The DazeTron unit is therefore composed of 8 pistons. to generate a generous current and can generate more by some optimization of various parts. The output energy produced is delivered on terminals to connect an external load such as charging a second battery or a hot water tank , ect ... . Faraday circuit automatically disconnect the external load when the DazeTron internal battery must recharged and will then resume operation when fully recharged.

Mechanically:
The system consist of various levels of assembly using HDPE material for components to mount on:
- The unit is portable (50lb , 23kg).
- Each pistons attaches a magnets at the end of a plastic rod and inserted in a plastic tube.
- Four copper coils are made using magnet wire, 28 AWG and are slided on to the piston tubing.
- The motor is mounted inside and turning five mounted gears, to turn eight Scotch Yoke assembly.
- The Scotch Yoke is designed to form a circle to move the piston in and out of the tube inducing the coils.
- Each Faraday piston assemblies are connected to a voltage rectifier cards with storage capacitors.
