The SafeOp system employs two different modalities—one to determine the nerves’ functionality and one to identify location and conductivity. This information is transmitted wirelessly to a paired tablet, allowing the physician to monitor the location and status of the nerves during surgery. The SafeOp system will particularly improve the safety and effectiveness of spinal surgery.
