The insole fits beneath the soles of the running shoe, where its embedded sensors monitor pressure from the foot and send the data to a paired device, such as a smartwatch, in real time. The collected data is also analyzed by the Arion AI coaching engine to develop a personalized training program that includes injury prevention advice as well as keys to a better performance.
