Astroskin Smart Shirt Heads for Space
Nov-02-16
The Astroskin smart shirt from Carré Technologies will soon be tested in space by a Canadian Astronaut.

The smart shirt and headband are equipped with an array of sensors able to monitor vitals such as blood pressure and breathing rate as well as activity levels and sleep quality. The data will be transmitted to a module on the ISS, and then on to be shared with scientists back on Earth.

The team believes the technology could also have applications closer to home, offering an easy way to monitor patients outside the clinic.

Any idea to use this at home with a video camera and a microphone? With a special application bad and good moments of own sleep could be looked and listened afterwards.
