Bean Mouse Fits Both Hands

Bean Mouse Fits Both Hands
Aug-29-14
The unique design of the Bean mouse allows it to be both universal and ergonomic—which could be a relief to many left-handed computer users.

Created by Rene Wooram Lee, the Bean mouse eschews the standard vertical axis of symmetry in favor of a horizontal symmetry, and its raised center ensures a properly ergonomic fit. The Bean detects the user's hand position via its touch-sensitive surface—allowing it to be used by either left- or right-handed individuals—while also recognizing the standard mouse commands such as click, pan and zoom.
