Designed with the consumer in mind, the tidy little Bean 3D printer from Kudo3D offers high-quality printing at a low cost.
The Bean SLA-DLP 3D printer stands only 16 inches tall and weighs 15 pounds. The printer relies on LED lights to keep energy consumption low, and the spring-loaded, self-leveling platform helps ensure its creations are properly aligned. Although priced for the average consumer, the Bean delivers impressive detail, printing at a 50 micron XY resolution comparable to DLP 3D printers.
I would not advise trying to pull that 3D printed proposal ring in real life. Also, who keeps a 3D printer on their nightstand ? Posted by Bob Barnacle on June 7, 2017
