The JAO ST-185B bedside terminal from Barco features a modern design, germ-resistant exterior and a screen that can be tilted to an array of positions, including for viewing while lying down. Patients can used the touch screen to send messages to medical staff, receive real-time messages about their doctor’s schedule, control the room lights or select their next meal. The device also includes the other hospital-stay necessities, such as a TV, internet access, and games.

The medical staff can also use the JAO ST-185B to access patient information, take notes and send messages to other members of the team, while a barcode scanner for keeping track of medicine dispensing will help to reduce medication errors.
