Break Maker Bowl Goes from the Counter to the Oven

Break Maker Bowl Goes from the Counter to the Oven
Jul-02-14
The Bread Maker bowl from Lékué lets bakers mix, knead and bake their loaf of bread all in a single container.

The large, flexible silicon bowl will hold its shape well enough to allow the cook to measure, mix and knead the dough and then set it aside for rising. Once the dough has risen, the top of the bowl can be folded over to form a bread oven that promotes steam circulation to create a soft, yet crunchy-crusted, texture. The Break Maker is both microwave- and dishwasher-safe, and can withstand temperatures up to 428°F.
