The mailman, the milkman, the newspaper delivery, anyone with a walking delivery route could use a cart like this. With rough ground capability, a basket or bucket that follows you around as you weed, harvest, pick up trash, or walk to and from the grocery would be nice. A garden cart or wheelbarrow that moves itself from the loading area to the unloading area. Can you modify a couple of forklifts to travel autonomously? A driver at each end of the trip to do the pick up and place actions while the long simple travel time is autonomous. This could quickly sell robotics to older warehouses and factories.
