Aimed at the festival crowd, the Recharge Sleeping Bag and Power Shorts feature a thermoelectric material small enough to be stitched into a pair of shorts or sleeping bag. By printing pairs of the ‘thermocouples’ and connecting them together, the device is able to use the difference between the body heat of the inside layer and the colder temperature of the outside layer to create electrical power.

Vodafone plans to debut the sleeping bag and shorts at the Isle of Wight Festival in England.
